Meal Support for FAS Students
Meal Support for MOE FAS Students during Circuit Breaker
To provide added support to
students from low-income families, MOE will provide meal subsidies to MOE FAS

students’ School Smartcard. The School Smartcard can be used to purchase food
and essential groceries at selected hawker centres, food courts, coffee shops,
convenience stores and supermarkets. Students can redeem the meal subsidies at
any TransitLink Add Value Machine.
Secondary students on MOE FAS will receive $120 each via two top-ups. The first top-up of $60 can be redeemed from 14 April 2020 and the second top-up of $60 from 27 April 2020. The last day to redeem the meal subsidies for FHBL is on 15 May 2020.
GYSS SAC FAS students will receive the same amount of meal subsidies during FHBL.
