From 2025, all MOE GPA insurance claims must be submitted online at https://studentgpa.incomegroupins.com.sg. This online system allows you to track your claim status and ensures faster processing by Income Insurance Ltd.

If you are unable to submit your claim online due to special circumstances, Income Insurance may still accept hardcopy submissions on a case-by-case basis. If you do not have internet access, please contact the school office and we will be happy to assist you with your online claim submission.
