Registration of incoming Secondary 1 students in 2025

There will be an online briefing for parents/guardians and students via Zoom. The details are as follows:

Date: 19 December 2024, Thursday

Time:  9am to 10am

The Zoom login details will be sent to the designated primary contact of the child via Parents Gateway (PG) by 6pm on 18 December 2024.

If you are not yet on Parents Gateway, we strongly encourage you to sign up so you can receive timely information, including school announcements and consent forms. To get started, download the free Parents Gateway mobile app (available on iOS and Android) and complete a simple one-time onboarding process.

Eligibility for More Demanding Level (MDL) Subjects

Students eligible to take subjects at a More Demanding Level (MDL) will be notified via Parents Gateway. You will need to accept or decline the offer online via Parents Gateway by 23 December 2024.

For parents who are not yet on Parents Gateway, a printed form will be provided on the first day of school, 2 January 2025, and must be returned by 6 January 2025.

Appeal for Transfer (Due to Medical Reasons) – latest by 12 noon on 19 December 2024 Thursday

The Medical Appeal Exercise (MAE) is only applicable to students with serious medical conditions.

If you would like to apply for a transfer out under MAE, please submit your appeal at our school’s general office in person. The MAE application form will only be given to parents upon request. Each student is only allowed to submit one application.

Documentary evidence of the serious medical condition, along with an official letter from a certified doctor or an assessment from qualified medical professionals outlining the student's medical condition and needs, must be included in the application.
